1. Registration & Eligibility
Bidders must be 18 or older and registered with a valid payment method. By placing a bid you agree to these terms and confirm your bid is a binding offer to purchase.
2. Bidding
All bids are placed in the Estate Loop app or website and are final once submitted. The highest bid at close, subject to any reserve, wins the lot. Estate Loop may apply anti-sniping extensions: bids in the final minutes extend the closing time briefly to allow fair competition.
3. Buyer's Premium
A buyer's premium of 15% is added to the hammer price of each lot and is disclosed on every listing before you bid. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
4. Reserves & Estimates
Some lots carry a confidential reserve — the minimum price at which they may sell. Estimates are opinions of value and are not guarantees. "No reserve" lots sell to the highest bidder.
5. Condition & Descriptions
Lots are sold as-is. We describe condition, dimensions and provenance as accurately as possible and provide detailed photography. Buyers are encouraged to review all materials and request additional information before bidding.
6. Payment
Winning bids are charged to your payment method on file at close. Full payment (hammer price + premium + tax) is due within 3 business days.
7. Default
Non-payment may result in cancellation of the sale, suspension of your account and offering of the lot to the next eligible bidder. Repeated default may lead to a permanent ban.
